Are your products on Amazon?
Currently our products are not on Amazon. This is something we will be looking to do in the future.
How long does shipping take?
We ship out most orders within 2-5 business days. We offer Next day & standard shipping options also. All of our shipping is through Royal Mail please select your delivery option at checkout.
What is your refund policy?
All orders are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the item with pictures of the damage/fault and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
Can I make a change to my shipping address, email, or payment information?
Please Please Please triple check your information before you make an order. Once it ships, the order will arrive at the address you provided at checkout. If you placed an order and realised you put the wrong information, please send an email as soon as possible before we ship the product to email@example.com.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with the following details: your name and order number. Please note that once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Do you create custom products for events?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate personal notes or customisation on orders at this time.
Do you do any discounts for bulk orders?
Certainly! If you want to reach out about a custom bulk discount, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We also offer regular promotions. Please sign up to our email list for News & Updates to be kept in the loop regarding this.
Do you offer wholesale discounts to retail shops?

Do you have a retail location where I can stop in and not pay for shipping?
Unfortunately we do not have a retail location at present.
